Telephone support was very friendly + delivery was prompt to Austria. The mount is perfectly dimensional and well made from the surface. The internal rubber inserts reduce vibration and protect the chrome handlebar! The assembly with the specially supplied "Hermann-Inbus" was done in a few minutes.
Due to the practical low height of the Navihalters, the Navi itself is nice and flush with the left handlebar armature and thus also easy to operate while driving."
